Russel is responsible for the strategic direction and overall management of ENC.
Russel has worked as a consultant for the last 10 years and is passionate about making businesses function efficiently and become more profitable. Russel has assisted business owners with innovative strategies for managing growth, people and business systems. Russel has assisted companies across a broad range of areas and his industry experience includes oil and gas, construction, engineering, publishing and agriculture.
Russel also has 17 years of senior management and general manager experience, being responsible for creating change and driving performance. Russel has worked for several large accounting firms and has also worked for Shell Australia Ltd as general manager at a large privately owned Shell Fuel Distributorship.
Russel has worked across Australia.
Neil has in excess of 40 years’ experience in the construction industry. Thirty six years of these have been in the management of multi-disciplined projects in the heavy engineering, major infrastructure, petroleum, mining, processing, fabrication, materials handling, power and energy industries.
Neil has proved his versatility and experience where he has held senior management roles from Project Director, Senior Project Manager, Construction Manager and Site Manager on a variety of projects and across many sectors in the engineering and construction industry.
Neil has worked in Australia and Europe.
Geoff has over 20 years experience within the project management, contracting, procurement and management consultancy disciplines.
Geoff has worked extensively in the Mining and Oil and Gas sectors.
Geoff has undertaken a diverse range of roles as contracts advisor, manager and commercial manager. Geoff has considerable expertise in contracting strategy negotiation and formulation, change management and performance improvement.
Geoff has worked in Australia, the United States and South Africa.
Chris is a Chartered Accountant with 40 years business experience. He has significant experience working in chartered accounting firms, both in Perth and London. Chris has also worked in the public sector for the Auditor General. Earlier in his career Chris ran his own chartered accounting practice specialising in internal audit.
Chris also has 15 years experience working in financial accounting roles in the private sector including AlintaGas, law firm Corrs Chambers Westgarth, and engineering consultants Rapallo Engineering.
Chris specialises in the implementation of management accounting systems for businesses. It is essential for all business that their financial reporting is timely, accurate and relevant to their decision making.
Sarah’s career in Quality Management and business improvement spans over 20 years. Having been a Quality Manager responsible for implementing quality management programs, Sarah transitioned to a consulting role, supporting businesses with the design and maintenance of their quality management systems, conducting assessments and internal quality audits and facilitating continuous improvement.
Sarah combines a practical approach with hands-on support to provide clients with advice and guidance on their quality management system and, if required, will program manage their business improvement. Her consulting support suits both company and project environments. A key strength is Sarah’s ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels to promote effective working relationships and communication across the organisation. Sarah’s experience in implementing initiatives also highlights the value of follow-up with impacted individuals and teams to check that planned changes or solutions are relevant, doable and can be implemented effectively in the workplace.
Sarah is skilled in designing and running assessments and workshops for quality improvement for many enterprise disciplines. Her consulting and facilitation experience spans a range of functions in industries across Europe and Australia, including Oil and Gas, Construction, Transport and Utilities.
Andrea has over 15 year’s commercial experience across a range of diverse of industries.
Andrea has worked in Financial Services, Media, Consulting and Mining with a principal focus on business improvement, operational reporting, business and performance analysis.
Andrea has held a range of roles as financial controller, senior business analyst , project manager and business improvement analyst.
In Australia, Andrea has used his consulting and business skills to drive change and create value for a global gold miner, an international copper company and a global IT service corporation.
Andrea has worked in Europe, Canada and Australia.
Kai has over 32 years experience in the construction industry. As a project management executive Kai has successfully delivered projects such as roads, ports, high-rise buildings, bridges, process plants, tunnels and rail for constructors, government bodies and private clients in Europe, Russia, Asia, Africa, Middle and North America.
Kai’s particular areas of expertise has been in multidisciplinary projects, strategizing, planning and delivery of small and large-scale infrastructure, commercial and residential development projects from award through to handover. His practical knowledge and extensive strategic expertise has been vital in supporting our clients in the industries and has ensured the safety and success of complex and challenging projects in Architecture, Heavy Civil Construction, Plants and Automation, Power Generation, Resources and Infrastructure.
Mike has held senior planning, coordination and control positions over the past 35 years working in multidisciplinary organizations with Clients, Main Contractors, Subcontractors and Suppliers
His experience encompasses all project phases collaborating with stakeholders to facilitate delivery of project phases from FEED to FID, Engineering, Procurement, Contracts Award, Construction, and Commissioning for the Execution and finally Asset Transfer to the Client.
Projects have included Onshore LNG, High Rise Office Developments, Infrastructure, Mining & Mineral Processing, Multistage Hospital Developments and Shopping Centres

Monza has worked in the Mining, Oil and Gas, Government and ICT Advisory sectors.
Monza has extensive experience in Data Integration, IT Solution Delivery, Operational Reporting and ERP Implementation.
Monza has held a range of roles as Senior Business Analyst for a prominent Iron Ore miner and for an international Oil & Gas company.
Monza’s technical expertise combined with business acumen has allowed him to deliver innovative solutions to a wide range of industries.
Monza has worked in Australia, Indonesia, Middle East and Japan.
Mark is a passionate and driven person with 18 years’ experience developed in the Telecommunications industry.
He has an outstanding work ethic and the ability to work as a team player and provide the best results for all involved.
Mark’s skills include Project Management, Site Acquisitions, Contract Management, Team Training and Supervision, Financial Control and Process Improvements.
He has an in depth knowledge of Mobile Networks, Wireless Systems and Telecommunication Infrastructure.
Although Mark has worked in a few different areas throughout his Wireless Communications career, his passion is Project Management. His ability to evolve and learn is a credit to him.

Pierre has over 18 years’ experience in risk management. His focus has been on managing complex corporate and project based deliverables within a range of sectors including Renewable, Infrastructure, Marine, Petrochemical, logistics, Oil & Gas, Defence and Resources.
Solutions focused, Pierre’s expertise lies in operational and strategic risk management initiatives, stakeholder engagement, operational efficiency delivery, client engagement, enterprise risk management, business internal and external assurance and corporate management.
Pierre has worked through Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East and the Americas.
Han brings over 10 years of experience in Engineering Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) across a range of industries including Government, Utilities and Oil & Gas. He has proven success in delivering a range of services to clients, spanning from conceptual studies through to detail design, construction, commissioning and Operations handover.
Han specialises in delivering complex projects – those with high risks associated, involving multiple stakeholders or requirement for regulatory oversight. He has held previous positions of lead Instrument & Controls (I&C) engineer as well as Project Engineer and has managed teams both domestically and abroad including overseas high value execution centres (HVEC).
Han’s diverse background has enabled him to successfully deliver on three fronts: Technical, Project and Strategy.
Han has extended his services across Australia and Asia.
